Please note that once you have booked an appointment, it means that you have reserved a time slot exclusively for you. Deposits are NON refundable. If you cancel your appointment less than (48 hours) before it's scheduled to occur, you will incur a 10% cancellation fee. Please provide a cancellation or reschedule notice at least (48 hours) before your scheduled appointment. Any reschedule request require a (48 advance notice). Deposit will be refunded if appointment is cancelled by stylist. SCHEDULING Be sure to read the description of the service prior to booking to ensure you are booking the correct service. Due to time constraints, all services must be booked. Any services that aren't scheduled will not be rendered unless time permits. If you are unsure about services, contact me and I will be happy to assist. Services are rendered for those aged 8 years and older. (I reserve the right to refuse service under any circumstances that are not favorable for myself or the client) LATE POLICY Please be considerate and arrive to your appointment on time. There is a 15-minute grace period.  After 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled, and deposit will be forfeited. Please contact me directly at 224 730-0447 in the event that you are running late. If times permits, I will move forward with your appointment. EXTRA GUEST Additional guests are not permitted under any circumstance while you are being serviced. If you arrive with additional guest they will be required to sit in the waiting area. ARRIVAL The waiting area is in the front where you can relax prior to your service. There are seats located near every hallway.  Contact the salon number (224) 730-0447 via text or call to let me know you've arrived. Please be courteous and do not enter suite without knocking and waiting. If the door is open and there isn’t a client being serviced you may walk in. BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT Your hair MUST be fully detangled from roots to ends, brushed out, unbraided/untwisted, and build up from braids must be completely removed and ready to be shampooed or Serviced. There will be a $25-$100.00 additional charge if hair is not detangled upon arrival. If I have to detangle, all scheduled services may NOT be rendered due to time restraints. If you have trouble detangling  your hair please add a detangle to your service.
